WEDZO SUPPLIER PHOTO & MEDIA POLICY
(For Suppliers)

What we ask from you:
When you join Wedzo, we'll ask you to upload photos and videos of your products and setups. These images are used on your listing page to help couples understand what you offer and fall in love with your work — so quality matters.

What you're confirming when you upload:
By uploading media to Wedzo, you confirm that:

• The images/videos are yours, or you have written permission from the photographer or videographer to use them for marketing
• You are happy for Wedzo to display them on your listing page
• You give Wedzo permission to share them on our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to promote your listing, always with credit to your business

Unbranded images:
We ask that all photos and videos submitted for your listing are clean and unbranded — free from business names, logos, or watermarks. This keeps the platform looking consistent and professional for couples browsing Wedzo. If you only have branded images right now, please don't worry — contact us at hello@wedzo.co.uk and we'll do our best to help you edit them before your listing goes live.

What we won't do:

• Edit, crop, or alter your images without your permission
• Use your images to promote a competitor
• Continue using your images after your listing has been removed (we'll delete them within 30 days of your listing ending)

Photographer credit:
If your images were taken by a professional photographer, please let us know their name or Instagram handle so we can credit them appropriately when sharing on social media. This protects you, us, and the photographer.
