Supplier Terms & Conditions

WEDZO SUPPLIER TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Version 1.0 — Founding Supplier)

1. Your Listing
By joining Wedzo as a supplier, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information about your business, packages, and pricing. You are responsible for keeping your listing details current. Wedzo reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

2. Enquiries & Bookings
Enquiries from couples will be forwarded to you by Wedzo. You agree to respond to all forwarded enquiries within 24 hours. Repeated failure to respond in a timely manner may result in your listing being suspended or removed.

3. Non-Solicitation
Where a couple has been introduced to your business through Wedzo — whether via your listing, an enquiry, or any Wedzo communication — you agree not to actively direct that couple away from the Wedzo platform or encourage them to book with you outside of Wedzo. This does not prevent couples from independently choosing to contact you directly.

4. Commission & Fees
During the Founding Supplier period, listing on Wedzo is free of charge. Future commission or fee structures will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' notice before taking effect. Founding Suppliers will receive preferential rates as a thank-you for joining early.

5. Photos & Media
We ask that all photos and videos submitted for your listing are clean and unbranded — free from business names, logos, or watermarks. This keeps the platform looking consistent and professional for couples. You confirm that any photos, videos, or other media you provide to Wedzo are either owned by you or that you have permission from the copyright holder (e.g. your photographer) to use them for marketing purposes. You grant Wedzo a non-exclusive licence to use your submitted media on the Wedzo website and social media channels to promote your listing and Wedzo as a platform. If you only have branded images, please don't worry — get in touch with us at hello@wedzo.co.uk and we'll do our best to help you edit them before your listing goes live.

6. Reviews
Wedzo may display customer reviews on your listing. You agree not to request, incentivise, or artificially inflate reviews. Wedzo reserves the right to remove reviews that are found to be fraudulent or in breach of platform guidelines.

7. Conduct
You agree to treat all couples and Wedzo staff with professionalism and respect. Any supplier found to be acting dishonestly, inappropriately, or in a way that damages Wedzo's reputation may be removed from the platform without notice.

8. Termination
Either party may end the supplier relationship with 14 days' written notice by email. Upon termination, your listing will be removed from the platform.

9. Liability
Wedzo acts as an introducer between couples and suppliers. Wedzo is not responsible for the services provided by suppliers, nor for any disputes arising between suppliers and couples. Suppliers are responsible for their own insurance, contracts, and obligations to their customers.

10. Changes to Terms
Wedzo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Suppliers will be notified of material changes by email with reasonable notice.
